It is likely that the kittens are "weened"

They've growing up enough to be more independent, "toddlers".

They may no longer need the mothers' milk and ready to have solid food?

If this is not the case my advice is to consult your local vet

How soon after a litter of kittens should a cat have another litter of kittens?

About 4 to 6 months. A mother cat will have a litter and about 3 months later will go into heat and get pregnant. Two months later she will have another litter. A mother cat shouldn't have too many litters in her life it will wear her down and the stress could kill her.

A cat gets there milk when they are about 19 months to a year old sometimes they don't get their milk and won't be able to feed their kittens you can get cat milk from your local cat breeder and put it in a bottle and feed to the kittens (a little at a time) a cat might get their milk younger than 19 months- 1 year old if you are not sure if your cat has milk or not take it to your vet and see what they say ( i hoped this helps!)
