little is an understatement

actually they are said to have changed not at all since they were loosely created in 1278

for in fact they have never been formally agreed
& are merely traditional

such an unusual arrangement is not only possible but durable because the frontiers follow the natural features that pretty much enclose & isolate the high valley state of Andorra from the powers on either side of the pyrennees
& also because the existence of a marchland or neutral zone has been of perceived value to all 3 parties thru the centuries

& the remarkable result is that a country can exist without any bilateral boundary demarcation except for the single franco spanish marker at the portella blanca tripoint
in which andorra was evidently not even a party

otherwise andorran borders are marked only unilaterally by andorra
by crude iron posts

with such casual anonymous & undemonstrative rather than conventionally maintained boundaries
the livin is truly easy

but it is just an accidental luxury or blessing of geography really
