Exposure to stress or irritants can trigger you to develop dry, itchy feet, or lead you to develop fungal infections and rashes that increase the urge to scratch. Most of the time, irritated or itchy skin is not worrisome, but occasionally can be a symptom of a more serious underlying medical condition.

foot arches is the answer.

it completely depends on your feet - are they flat? have they been through any trauma? body mass index (how fat are you)? and how is your posture whilst standing or walking? -

the feet use a complex which splays weight and if feet are flat it maybe because the arches arnt working properly.

talk to a podiatrist about it and get some "in-soles" to provide more cushion and also to push up those arches
