I'm an American without first-hand experience, but this is my perception:
It is a combination many things. I think that people are upset with how long Mubaruk has been ruling, and the fact that the Egyptian people have had no say in their government(a democracy doesn't elect some one for thirty years straight). Also, I think the government overall is just corrupt, and isn't listening to the people. Basically they are concentrating on personal gain, not what is best for the country.
