Why is Ecole Superieure Robert de Sorbon criticized when it is accredited by Ministere de l'Education Nationale as Sorbon.fr and listed in Ministere Officiel - ecoles professionnelles Vienne 86? |
The Ecole Superieure Robert de Sorbon's legal status is not questionable.
It is a legal, registered authorized and private, institution of higher learning in France
''Veriable at any French Embassy's education office''.
Note : U.S. Offices hold no authority over institutions in France
The first problem is the marketing approach of the school, which naturally raises question marks ???? with lots of people. Why is the school so defensive ?
The school publicly announces on the website ''We are not a diploma mill !!!""
In reaction to that people's natural response is
''the harder you deny something, 'the more guilty you appear''.
A second issue is the quality. The minister of France does not
''guarantee the quality of some of the private schools in France'',
''this unless'' they have signed a contract with the ministry of education.
This does not mean the school is operating illegally, but that the school is
a ''legal, registered, authorized, private and ''independent institution ''.
De Ecole Superieure Robert de Sorbon is French legal, authorized, private and ''independent, institution of higher learning under the supervision of the ministry of education, the regional arm ,the Academy Poitier. to which they ''have to'' submit relevant documentation, and which inspects the schools in it's region.
- Le contrôle de l'État sur les établissements privés
Tous les établissements privés, quelles que soient leurs relations avec l'État, sont soumis à un régime d'inspection.
Translation :
The control of the state regarding the private institutions
All the private establishments, whatever their relations with the State, are subjected to a mode of inspection.
The quality and acceptance of ESRS degrees ''might'' be questionable.
The legal, private status, authorization as an institution of higher is not questionable.
ÉSRS will be able to apply for ''national'' recognition after 5 years in good standing.
Until it does it is,
a legal, registered, authorized, private, independent French institution of higher
education ,supervised by the local academy Poitier.
''''registration, accreditation, authorization, recognition ''''
Having a name on a list is registration not accreditation.
The ministry of education in France does not ''accredit'' private schools, it inspects private schools, after having passed the regulations and standards set by the academy authorizes them . ''No accreditation but authorization ''
The ministry of education in France ''recognizes'' private schools, when they sign a ''contract with the state after 5 years in good standing.
ESRS is a legal private authorized French independent institution of higher learning, without a contract with the state , '
the minister unfortunately does not guarantee the quality of (recognize)
legal private authorized French independent institutions of higher learning.
This does not mean that the quality of the school is low. (ESRS/ INSEAD)
It means the school is legal registered authorized private and independent.
