Think about it. Can you fight a professionally trained foreign army if the country was invaded? You could but in the your are either a POW or dead. Homeland Security provides and insures the safety and protection of the people and their property as promised in the government documents. But the government may and can be abolished if found tyrannical and unjust. That is the one sole right the people have.
