This person made a mistake, but I'll keep what they have up there. The person said New York ... not New York City. I live in upstate New York and its not all Sex and the city, it's usually suburbs and farm county. That's why it gets so annoying... people think of the city when they say New York. Anyway, UPSTATE was forgotten about in this article, so here i go
