[Edit]
You are wrong; let me tell you a little bit about Simón Bolívar. He was born in Caracas, Venezuela and he lived in the first part of the 19th century. He fought against spanish domination in Southamerica, and was the liberator and creator of 6 nations in these continent: Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Bolivia (named in his honor) and Panama. He tried to unified all the latin-american countries in one big nation. That's why the universal history gives to him the title of "The Liberator", for his heroic and epic deed.
