It's really rich country. Japan is the richest country in the East Asia and S. Korea is next. South Korea is member of OECD, G20, APEC, WTO, UN etc. It's a highly developed country with a very high standard living. It's 15th largest economy in the world. Samsung, LG, Hyundai, KIA all these companies are S. Korea's.
