This can be a result of a severe case of mastitis. If the cow will let you, try to squeeze some milk into a container of some sort (just so you can see what the milk looks like, it is a good idea to throw the container out after use). If the milk is clear, smells bad, and could have white chunks present than she definitely has mastitis. You will have to treat the cow with an antibiotic that is administered through the teat canal.
If you are still unsure what the problem is it is best that you consult your veterinarian, especially before treatment.
