They shouldn't hurt at ALL, and what makes you think it's your ovaries? A general pain in the pelvic region could be any number of things. If the pain persists more than two or three days, or gets worse suddenly, turn off the computer and see a doctor instead.

∙ 12y agoIt could be a couple of things, one that I know Of that I experienced and still do occasionally is having cysts on my ovaries. Its extremely painful and I had it fully examined to make sure they weren't cancerous. I now take Birth Control Pills to help maintain them
