∙ 13y agoHe's not "featured", the word "featured" suggests he's a regular character and the fact is only about 5 minutes of Twitty footage had been shown on Family Guy.
As for why the writers decided to add footage of Conway Twitty singing, obviously no one really can answer that question with something other then conjecture and opinion.
