diesel in radiator is caused by either a blown head gasket, a cracked head, or the air compressor needs rebuilding
a head gasket wont cause it. and the air compressor would put oil in to the cooling system. the most comon would be the injector coppers depending on how many miles are on your engine would be a good idea to get a new head they come with them already installed and is going to be cheaper or the same price if you were to repair the old head. it requires special tooling
There only two ways diesel fuel gets into the coolant, one is by way of a bad injector copper cup(cracked), or if the engine been ran hot for an extended period of time, this could loosen the factory swedging of the cup in the head and also let the fuel get into the coolant. Also forgot to add that there will be a good chance that there will be fuel in the engine oil. If the engine starts making the engine oil level higher, then there will be fuel in the engine oil.
That depends on the radiator, not the engine.
Start with the oil cooler

It is important to have a diagram for the area in which changes are occurring in car. A wiring diagram for the 1999 series 60 Detroit Diesel Engine can be found in its maintenance manual.
Im looking for that too.

The oil pan bolt torque specifications, of a series 60 Detroit diesel engine, is 40 pounds. The bolts should be tighten by alternating end to end and side to side.
