Usually no. Although Coca-Cola and Pepsi bottle almost none of the Dr Pepper in the US, and Coca-Cola has its own brand (Mr Pibb), several major distributors of Coca-Cola are the distributors of Dr Pepper, and there are relatively few PepsiCo distributors of the product.
Coke's proprietary fountain beverage machines used in some Wendy's and Burger King franchises sell Dr Pepper, not Mr Pibb or Pepsi products. Taco Bell, formerly owned by PepsiCo, does sell Dr Pepper as well as Pepsi.
The reverse is true for 7UP, which is widely distributed by PepsiCo, since Coca-Cola has a successful competition with their Sprite brand.
Dr. Pepper and Pepsi is made by the same company. Coke is in competition with them so they want to take sales from them and go on sale.

Pepsi isn't better than Coca Cola, coke taste better and pepsi is okay. pepsi is healthier but coke is the one that is better tasting. coke was made in the year 1885, (so was dr pepper) and pepsi was born 1889. so my opinion is.....coke oh and by the way the new coke bottles are cool. coke fact: coke is santas favorite drink! pepsi fact: pepsi has has had over 10 logos!
