I'm not sure if mass is the 'best' way, but it is a 'good' way for many people. Mass encourages one to set aside all the greedy, stressful, ugly normalities of worldly life and spend an hour or so focused on the spiritual world, wrapped in a comforting cloak of ritual.
Hello, i agree with the person that commented above. Im not sure either if mass is the 'best' way but praying to the Lord in a collective has a greater worshipping impact then that of praying alone. The more people the better, because the Lord is worthy enough for us to pray in groups.
