Second is the saving in equipment which is offered to them as a national (or international) account. When buying or leasing thousands of machines at a time, they are in a good position to dictate their demands and prices, and let the vendors fight it out between themselves. I do believe they recently changed from Xerox to Cannon and one another brand that escapes my mind...HP perhas.
