Why is it important to look after your environment?

Our environment is very important and therefore it is everyone's responsibility to take care of it. Every day, our environment is being dumped with tremendous wastes. This will be minimized if everyone does something. Remember that taking care of the environment is not only a few people's concern, but it must be done by everyone. This is a big job for all of us, but doing it with other people throughout the world will make the work easier.

The pollution brought about by the waste materials accumulated every day from man's activities is a big global problem. Our environment is becoming unsafe for all living things. This will surely become very difficult for all of us if not given a solution now. Now is the right time for all of us to cooperate in taking care of the environment. There is a serious problem concerning the environment and there is a need for everyone's cooperation in order to save the environment from further destruction.

The environment is very important for all living things. Life won't be possible if the environment becomes too polluted. Everything will be endangered if the pollution of our environment worsens as days go by.

In the past, there were still abundant rich forests and clean water for all people. But recently, more and more people are showing concern for the present situation of our environment. This is due to forests becoming denuded and water resources becoming too scarce in some places. The cause of these problems is the non-cooperation of most people in taking care of the environment. Most people still believe that there is no need to worry about the worsening condition of the environment.

The only people who are seriously considering the present environmental problems are the people who are affected by tidal waves, landslides, floods, lack of water to drink, and other calamities. Other people do not seem to concern themselves because they are not yet affected by the calamities.

It is everyone's responsibility to take care of the environment. There would surely be a great change in the environment if everyone would be responsible enough to help take care of the environment. Just look at how much will be reduced from the toxic wastes if each one of us will learn to apply the three most important ways of minimizing pollution, which is very harmful to the environment. Reduce, recycle, and reuse are still the three best ways to take care of the environment. If everyone cooperates and helps take care of the environment, perhaps Mother Earth could still be saved from destruction.

The environment is very important and if we cannot take care of it, we will soon reap the consequences of man's abuse of the environment. It is not too late for us to help each other in order to take care of the environment and make Mother Earth a better place to live in.

Looking after the environment is very, very important. Why? Because the environment actually looks after you, not the other way round. You see, humans do things that are not good for the environment to make them healthier. But, they are actually polluting the environment, which will make them sick. So, the moral is be kind to the environment and it will be kind to you.
