Without sleep you wouldn't be able to concentrate, you would feel tired and sleepy and you would get sick all the time because your body wouldn't be able to fight off viruses when they attack. Viruses get you at your weakest stage like when you haven't eaten or slept and then they attack because your body doesn't have the energy to fight the viruses off.
