The smoke may be because you are overheating the engine. There are several causes for this. Check your fluid level in your radiator. Make sure it is full. Check your thermostat. Change it if it is weak. Check your radiator cap. This needs to be the correct one for the engine. Check all moving parts for your water system. Like the water pump, hoses and fittings.
condensation
white smoke coming from my tailpipe of my Honda civix lx 1997?
Runs very roughly, usually with white smoke coming out of tailpipe & may be signs of water in oil as well as overheating & unexplained coolant loss(es).
I would check and make sure that isn't just water. Condensation occurs on the inside of the tailpipe as the vehicle warms up... If you had gasoline coming into your tailpipe you would experience backfiring, extreme backfiring.

One or all of these conditions could exist, white smoke from tailpipe and/or water drops coming from tailpipe, oily film on top of water at filler in radiator, milky look to oil on dipstick. The car may also run poorly depending on the severity of the leak.
Low oil pressure Low cylinder pressure Anti freeze coming out of the tailpipe (sickly sweet smell) Water in oil Oil in water Frothing or bubbling in radiator
because its broken.
It's probably from incorrect timing.
Pretty much has to be a blown head gasket.
carbon result of incomplete combustion.
sounds like you have a blown head gaskt or a cracked head have vehicle taken to a reputable mechanic Perform a "compression test" to see if there is internal engine damage. If you have zero compression on a couple cylinders, you have probably blown a head gasket from overheating.
