If you asking about the volume of oil travelling through the pushrods onto the rockers, perhaps there are plugged passages restricting the flow. Check that all the pushrods are free of obstructions and the oil return passages are not blocked.

Do a valve job. This is more complicated than it sounds, you might be better off sending the head to your local machine shop for the valve job.

Have a helper pump the 1977 Chevy brake pedal several times then hold it down. Loosen a bleeder valve at one wheel to let air and fluid out. When the brake pedal reaches the floor, close the valve and repeat the process. When no more air comes out with the fluid, move on to the next wheel.

Tricuspid valve is more complex as compared to bicuspid valve .
THEY are up in the transmission and bolted to the valve body. Need to remove trans. Pan to service them. There is more then 1 shift solenoid.
I suppose it could but more than likely you have a stuck egr valve or some other leak.
Bad valve? Broken piston ring? It could be a broken valve, but you would have other signs if that were the problem. Most likely it is nothing more than valve stem seals being bad.
it is sticking out of the top of the valve cover, it is the only thing that will just pull straight out without any tools.
The sinoatrial valve is more commonly called the mitral valve.
