South Korea has a lot of US money and business in its economy If some one was to damage this then it would cost the USA a lot of money. Not to mention the aid they would be stuck shelling out after a war between the south and the north. I don't think Obama has any where near the sweat heart deals with arms manufacturers and re building contractors that the previous administration had, so he would rather not end up in any sort of war.
He sent North Korea a fruit basket and a replica of the Enola Gay
I, personally, hope Obama gets our economy out of this downward spiral. Also I hope he improves our foreign relations, especially with Iran and North Korea. **Please do not take my OPINION as the truth OR as what he will do once in office.

President Obama
No. He is not the president of North America, nor is he president of South America. There is no one person who is president of either part of the world: North America and South America are continents and they contain many countries; for example, each of the countries in South America (Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Venezuela, etc.) has its own leader. Mr. Obama is president of what is called the "United States of America." The United States is situated in North America, which includes Canada (with its own leader), the USA (with President Obama), and Mexico (with its own leader).
