red fluid is Transmission Fluid and could be leaking from several locations around the transmission. Check the cooler lines where they go into the radiator, the seals where the axles go into the transmission, but most likely is a leaking pan gasket, etc. The only good way to find it is to look under the van and see where the wet spot is located
transmission fluid
where is it leaking from?
When a brake line is leaking on the Chevy Venture the brake line should be replaced as soon as possible. A leak, however small, can cause hydraulic fluid to escape the brake line which will cause a loss in brake pressure. The brakes should be bled of air after the new line is put in to remove gaps in brake pedal pressure.
Whatever seal the fluid is coming out.
Transmission fluid.

If it's not leaking it doesn't need additional fluid.
Find where the fluid is coming out and repair/replace it.
Possibly coming from a leaking brake cylinder. Top up fluid and take to a brake shop ASAP.
most likely cause is your heater core leaking
The fluid could be leaking from the pump, hoses, or steering rack. Wash the steering system, then you can see where the leak is coming from.
