The study of physics, and indeed of any science, is thoroughly dependent on accurate and repeatable measurements. These measurements must be repeatable not only by one scientist on many occasions, but also my many scientists. In order for this to happen, for measurements to be repeatable, all the scientists must be using accurately standardized units of measure. Imagine what would happen if my meter and your meter were different, so that when I say one meter it is equal to your 99 centimeters? Answer: we really couldn't do any science because our measurements would not be repeatable.
This is not to say that everybody has to use the same units. I can measure in inches while you measure in meters, as long as my inch is always equal to 0.0254 of your meters. But if either my inches or your meters vary from this then we are both out of luck.
How important is physics in the advancement physics? I would say it's fundamental. If you restate the question, maybe I can give a better answer.
Very important. Physics requirs a lot of mathematics.
There is physics everywhere in a computer, but probably the most important individual part of physics is electricity and electronics.
It's not. Physics is absolutely useless and is the worst subject ever heard of.
matter and energy
standardization
Yes, physics is important for a pediatrician. It is important as medical schools require a year of physics before enrollment.
It was important because it helped make trade and cummunication easier through out china.
what are the important roles of physics in the modern world

man this site is supposed to have all the answers this is messed up
Standardization is critical activity for communication of results. If communication is not important, Standardization is not important.Everyone can create their own symbols and things will work just as well.A Satellite failed because some engineers were using foot pounds and others were using joules.
Very important. Physics requirs a lot of mathematics.
standardization is important because it helps to determine whether the machine is set and working properly or not.
Its as important as maths is to physics
