"Sweet" 16 refers to a young innocent woman with no sexual experience and who is still "girl like." Today 16 is not the same 16 as it once was. Society today seems to have younger people who are sexually active, watch porn, send sexually explicit messages, and who wear sexually suggestive clothing.
