According to everything I have read in researching this question, the green anaconda is not endangered although the smaller yellow anaconda has become endangered. If habitat loss and poaching aren't stopped though, the green anaconda will become endangered.

Yes. The Yellow Anaconda is endangered due to shrinking habitat and over hunting. The Green Anaconda of South America although abundant in number, lack genetic diversity so they could be at risk.
