Belize is least populated country in Central America, having only a total of 15,000 people, mostly because Belize has always been at war. The war affected the population badly.The war also affected the beauty of the small country.

∙ 12y agoThe Yucatan Peninsula just like the rest of Spanish America was in the eye of the English Pirates and their pirate Kings, so they invaded and stole like always, a part of Yucatán that we now know as Belize, this territory was taken and later they made a deal with Spain, and wrote a treaty where Spain would recognize this part for England, just like they did in Jamaica, I don't remember the date of this treaty, any New Spain never recognized this treaty, and after Mexico got its independence from Spain the English stole a little bit more of our land, in The Yucatan.
