Yes it does!Especially if you are looking to cut fat. I have lost 12 pounds with this DVD set in 2 weeks .But i want to let you know ,it is really hard to do,you should not give up if once you start it.

The insanity workout applies the usage of intervals.

Here's an example of an interval: jumping rope for a minute and then doing 15 pushups. The jump rope elevates the heart rate, while doing pushups maintains a relatively normal heart rate.
