The Judicial Branch is a extremely important part of our American government. The Judicial branch interprets whether laws are constitutional, and apply's the laws set in the constitution. With-out it new laws wouldn't be made. They also make sure the the president doesn't abuse his power. Some day hopefully they will make sure that a she doesn't abuse her power as-well.
