Why isn't Izzy featured at all in the Guns N' Roses video for Don't Cry?

Izzy Stradlin had quit the band by then, or was at least pondering it. He has never liked being in publicity shoots, or being in Music Videos. He "found them stupid". I guess you can't blame him, he's a very reserved person who obviously values his privacy.
