Why is love blind?

I don't think love is blind. I think that no one takes the time to actually get to know someone instead they ignore them.

I'll tell you, when i was in 7th or 8th grade i use to get picked on alot because no one really got to know who i was, instead they just saw what people saw me as, and made rude rumors about me through the whole school, just because i hang out with a certain person, or i am with a certain person they hate. They just made all this stuff up.

1 year later, i am with a wonderful guy, but we weren't blind, we could see each other perfectly fine. We got along, and now we are moved in, and having a new beginning to our life.

The Quote " love is blind" is wrong. You can see the person, you just don't wanna get up and admit to it. Just alittle self confidence changes everything.

Love is definitely blind but to some individuals that is unproven as they cannot see it.

For me love was blind cos the guy I knew was the one was the last person I'd ever expected to fall for or to even date and little did I know that it would turn out that they made my life so memorable and so pleasurable just by being with me.

The reason I know they are the one is because the connection was magnetic and cos no other man made me feel so full of energy and so happy the way they did and cos it was not planned when it happened. When you know you know but its not gonna happen when you are looking for love. It will happen when you least expect it.
