Why marijuana is illegal?

friend... that's a good question.

unfortunatly, anyone who knows anything about the truth and has experience in using marijuana also knows that there is no good answer to your question. You can not overdose on marijuana. The worst that happens if you use to much at once is just sweating and perhaps a little heavy breathing. This is easily cured by going to sleep. Marijuana is also inhabitual.

The funny thing is... the only thing BAD about marijuana is... well... the fact that it is illegal. Wat the government has labelled it as is a "gateway drug". This is the only dirt they can dig up on it. Which is does not make a whole lot of sense in the first place. Everyone's intuitions are different, so how can they stamp it out for EVERYONE? Driving a car may lead to an accident. Eating too much candy may lead to diabetes.

The way i see it, there are no solid grounds for it to be illegal.

Legalize it.
