because the nurses are involved in taking care of their clients at various health care settings such as home,school,hospitals and community.since they are accountable and responsible for the care delivered for quality.it becomes necessary for a nurse to act as change agent while the societal,cultural,tecnological,environmental,political changes happens.where she can lead change,measure change and managing the change .
