Could be a combination of 3 different things. It could be the ignition module, which have been known to work, and then die when they get hot. Could also be a Crank Position Sensor. On the 2.8/3.1 motors are known to go bad. Typically, they don't give a spark, and then a no spark condition, but anything is possible. Lastly, is could also be your computer. On the first gen W-bodys, 87-96, the computers are known to have problems. The easiest to replace would be the computer, but its also the most expensive. The crank sensor is the cheapest, and also the most dificult to replace.
