Is sushi eaten for a special occasion?

In ancient Japanese times, they were food of Ausokiki, who is the Japanese god of "delicious foods." He made sushi to settle a war between the Daakasaki's and the Shugoshimas (two races who were the first people on earth). The sushi was so good that they became allies instead of enemies. So, sushi is so special because it joined the first two races on earth and stopped a really big war!
