Why water based and water bred are more widespread in the rural areas than in the urban areas?
there is a higher chance of death because in rural areas, there are less things to fall on you, and also there are not many modern appliances such as power lines or gas pipes.… There are more buildings in urban areas so falling glass concrete etc could be dangerous. Population density is higher in urban areas so the chance of someone dying is greater. There is also services like electricity, sewerage and gas that if damaged or broken could result in fire or out break of disease.
why urban area better than rural area debate
urban areas are the higher populated area
Urban areas tend to remain warmer that rural areas because of an effect known as 'urban heat island'. This effect of heating is due to the pavement and buildings that are fo…und in urban areas. During the day, the heat radiation from the sun is captured by the pavement and buildings. During the course of the day, and especially in the evening, these 'heat batteries' begin to release that heat, and temperatures can be warmer that in rural areas. Rural areas have little pavement and few buildings, therefore, less substances to trap heat during the day. Hence, rural areas can be cooler than urban areas.
I don't live in either one but I have to say that I have been to both and I prefer the rural area much more than the urban. The countryside has much cleaner air. I could just …smell the difference! The pace of life in rural areas seem to go much slower because there isn't a rush to do every single little task. I also love the rural areas because if you grow up there you won't be spoiled by all the T.V.s, computers, and calculators which makes you do everything by hand making you smarter! I hope you like rural areas more then urban areas as much as I do now!
vegetation in wooded areas will absorb a lot of water. Urban areas have a lot of pavement which is not absorbent. Urban areas also have municipal water delivery and sewer syst…ems which can both overflow for various reasons
Rain and dams are the first port of call, they also save rain water for drinking by having tanks that take water from the roofs of the buildings. In some areas wells are dug o…r water is drawn from deep underground using either artesian or subartesian water. if worse comes to worse it has to be shipped in by tankers.
Most people live in Urban Areas. About three/fourths of Russia's population lives in urban areas.
In Germany most people live in urban areas
More people live in urban areas than in rural areas, and they need water. So they plan accordingly.
Under most circumstances, crime is more common in urban areas. There are several reasons for this. In the first place, more people live in cities and towns than in the count…ryside (the UN believes that the world became majority urbanised some time in 2008). People often live more closely together in urban areas; and this makes crime both more tempting, and easier to conceal. (It is easier and safer to steal a mobile phone left on a bus, than to trek across three farmsteads to take one). Crime is more likely to be reported in an urban area (where there are probably police) than in very remote rural locations (where they may be no police force to report to). And if a crime is not reported, it is moot whether it has been committed. This is not to say that rural areas are better places to live. Most modern anthropological research suggests that battery, murder, and rape are endemic in primitive rural societies at apalling levels. But 'crime' is an urban concept.
I am answering this so im gonna guess yes?
There is more rain during the wet season and so there are more chances of accumulation of water and so more chances of water-based diseases as the vector(carrier) has more wat…er to live in. There is also more water for water-bred diseases to take place because of the increasing water to breed in.
There are a number of reasons that there are more crashes in urban areas than rural areas. 1) Increased Number of People: Urban areas of the country are roughly 75% of the U…nited States' population. If there are more people, all else being equal, there are going to be more collisions. 2) Increased Number of Cars: Urban areas have more traffic which makes the road a lot busier. A lot of people travel in and out of urban areas as opposed to rural areas, so there are more chances for a collision to occur. 3) Less Space: Urban areas give less space for cars to move around and swerve to avoid accidents. If the same number of cars are crammed into a smaller space, there is a higher likelihood that they will hit each other. 4) Urgency: People in urban areas live their lives at a faster pace and feel the need to get wherever they are going more quickly. This results in faster speeds in what should be slower zones and illegal car moves in inopportune times. People rushing into offices or work in urban areas may cause accidents due to the huge volume of traffic present. 5) Worse Sight-Lines: In rural areas, a driver can typically see in all directions (save if he is driving through a canyon). In urban areas, it is very hard for drivers to see around corners before they get to them. Reaction times being equal, city drivers have less time to react because they get the information about where other cars are at a later time. Expand on some of these points when writing an essay.
In rural area, you usually have poor sanitation. People do have opportunity and need to go for open defecation there. Flies and other vectors may carry the disease causing age…nt to the next host. Water purification and transport system may not be in good shape there. People are usually not so educated as there city based counter part. These are the few reasons for that water based and water-bred diseases are more common in rural areas.
