Why women go commando?

So they can drive men crazy in public places. I was once flashed by a very pretty woman in a restaurant. I caught her staring at me. She had a wicked smile, spread her legs and lifted her dress. She did this for quite some time with her husband sitting right beside her, apparently oblivious. She would put her dress down occasionally to take a bite of food or sip on what I thought was ice tea. She would also put her dress down if someone walked by, but then she would catch my eye and lift it again, always keeping her legs spread wide. Her thing was shaved clean. I so wanted to crawl under her table for dessert, and she knew it. Sadly, I never saw her again. I heard her speak with a thick accent of some kind so they may have been visiting from a foreign country. I believe she was just getting stimulated by being naughty. I don't think I was anything special to her, just in the right place at the right time, but I honestly enjoyed it. I wish more women were that way.
