Why won't my plantronics audio 350 headset voice feature work with Counter-Strike Source?

It's in the right ports and everything, and boost microphone is on, transmit volume is up, voice key is correct ,but it won't work. Help? - By poster Make sure it is hooked up to your default sound card.
