Well you could have a problem with your internet and if you have wireless internet connection you could try dissconnecting and then connecting your internet.Or if it sais troubleshoot the problem then click that because it will probaly detect all the problems and then fix them.If any of your friends have msn ask them how they get on to it if it sometimes doesnt let them log in.
You also could of typed in the wrong password or e-mail if that is the problem then the next time you get it on click remember my password then you dont have to remember it.I really hope this answer was helpful and good luck trying to log in to msn!
