Have you tried checking the fuel pump. i had a friend burn his out after he ran it empty.

check for distributor rotation. maybe your timing belt went out
Your truck is a 1993 dodge Dakota with a 3.9 L engine 2 wd drive you replaced your fuel pump and now it wont run you have replaced or cleaned everything you can think of related to the fuel?
sometimes when you change out a fuel filter on those they get a vapor lock make sure the engine is getting gas if not try pumping it a few times till you can smell gas under the hood then do not try to start it let it sit for an hour what you are doing is basically flooding the engine to push out the air in the gas lines to let the pump do the work now after and hour try to start the truck normally and should start
