Not sure how long ago you've been driving after this service was performed but my best guess would be that its what is left over from what was in there. If it doesnt stop or actually I recommend you go see the service center you had the service performed at and have them look into the problem again. They should be responsible for all costs if they have had a problem with the parts they replaced
You have either a blown head gasket or a cracked head. Serious engine dame will occur if this is not repaired. Do not drive the vehicle in until it is repaired. If you have an oil cooler line in the radiator, it could be the radiator. Otherwise, it's probably a head gasket.
Chances are you have a bad head gasket if that is happening. Get it repaired ASAP.
If you are only leaking coolant into the exhaust and use the type with copper in it, then yes, it should stop the leak. If coolant is getting into the oil or exhaust is getting into the radiator then no, none of them will do any good.
Probably a blown head gasket
Blown head gasket.
You may have a cracked head or bad head gasket. The car will start to overheat from lack of coolant if you don't check the radiator coolant and refill it, if it's low. You need to get the car repaired or replaced before it breaks down and leaves you stranded .
If you are loosing coolant from the radiator and you have an abnormal amount of white smoke from tailpipe after vehicle is at normal operating temperature. This may be an indication of a bad head gasket. Or if you notice coolant getting mixed with the engine oil or engine oil getting mixed with the coolant. Also a sign of a bad head gasket.
Blown head gasket - warpped head - or both.
blown head gasket
I had this problem ....Head Gasket or radiator cap
A little drip that comes out for a while after you start is pretty normal, its just condensation especially if you are not loosing coolant. But a constant flow together with a loss of coolant in the radiator means you have a bad head gasket and it needs to be repaired asap.
If you are getting exhaust smoke coming out of the radiator overflow, you need to replace the head gasket that seals the cylinder from the cylinder cap where your coolant runs through to cool the engine.
