Typically this is because the drivers did not unload appropriately from some device that was recently installed. I would uninstall the most recent device you put on or in the system, and see if it works. Also ensure that you have all the critical updates!

Try this, it worked for me. CLICK START-CONTROL PANEL-PERFORMANCE AND MAINTANANCE-POWER OPTIONS Than click APM- Enable Advanced Power Support
