I fixed it. I found that there was wrong size spark plugs in it. I bought the car this way. I replaced them and it runs good. Try replacing the fuel filter. My 1993 Buick Skylark was doing that and it seemed to help. Also run some good fuel injection cleaner through it next time you fill up.
A transmission that stumble upon acceleration between 2nd and 3rd gear may need to be flushed. Another possible cause is that the torque converter is locking when shifting between gears.
It means, "You [formal] trip/stumble, (and) he/she/it trips/stumbles."

If a horse stumbles while galloping, cantering or trotting, even walking, they can become lame, depending on how bad they stumble. Unless they are wild horses, paddock ground should be even.
the pump in the carburetor could be litting the gas slip by change it an check your timing slow timing will make it stumble an sluggis.
Use stumble in a sentence.
If the 1500 Surburban hesitates on acceleration, there could be a few things going on. There could be a problem with the fuel sending unit or the fuel pump. It's also possible that the fuel injectors need to be cleaned or one or more of them may need to be replaced.

Check plug gap, timing, wires, pcv valve or other emmissions component, uneven cylinder compression, ignition coil, vacuum leak at intake, dirty carb or fuel injector. Any one of these can cause a hesitation during acceleration followed by a constant miss, the only thing that is true about a stumble but not a miss is low fuel pressure.
