The electrical circuit voltage drops when an appliance is turned on. (Lights dim, etc.) A new circuit is needed or you could purchase a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) to act as a buffer and prevent the voltage drop. JR

What happens when a remote site with an RODC loses connectivity to the main site?

I got the strange situation. There is much technical info below, if needed. In order to avoid myself from making you boring I introduce the problem before (in couple of words). Thus, after every reboot or shutdown of RODC system, RODC cannot authenticate any user. It reported that "there are no servers that can perform your authentication request available" or something like that. Even users from "Allowed RODC Password Replication Group" cannot access the system. Local users or groups are absent (RODC). How to fix? I switch the patch-cord from one network adapter to another, wait for couple of seconds, and then switch the cord back to first adapter. Voila! HOW DOES IT WORK? What happens when adapters are changed? Now, configuration parameters. We have Win2008 R2 domain in one subnet (two domain controllers). We have several identical Win2008 R2 RODC in branch offices with DNS server and WSUS replica server installed. The same domain, other subnets (one subnet to one branch), other sites (one site to one branch).

How do you reset your supernova dlx pandigital?

1. Power off the Nova by holding the power button for two seconds until you see "Power Off" on the screen. Choose the "power off" option and then press the "Ok" button. Let the device completely power down before you continue with the next steps. At this time also remove any SD card you might have inserted into the device. 2. Press and hold the volume + button. While still holding this button, press down on the power button. You will then see a screen that says Pandigital. This is the boot screen. 3. After the device boots up you will go to a black screen with triangle, press volume + button and the power button. What should come up is a screen with blue text, this is the system recovery screen. While on the system recovery screen, press the volume - button until "wipe data and cache" is highlighted. Press the power button to select this option 4. Press the volume - button until "Yes -- delete all user data" is highlighted. Press the power button to select this option. 5. The device will reformat and return to the system recovery screen. 6. "Reboot system now" should be highlighted by default. Press the power button to select this option. (this is directly from pandigital customer service)

What is the basic unit for temperature?

the base unit of temperature is in Celsius and FahrenheitKelvin is the official unit for temperature but it is only used in science.Kelvin can be converted to Celsius by subtracting 273. Example: 273 K = 0 oC; 25 oC = 298 KFahrenheit can be calculated from Celsius by the following formula:F = C x 9/5 + 32 ORC = (F - 32) x 5/9The degrees in Kelvin and Celsius are the same size but Fahrenheit is not directly proportional. The two basic units for measuring temperature are Fahrenheit (named after Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit) and Celsius (named for Anders Celsius). Celsius was originally called Centigrade because the temperature range between freezing boiling water was split into 100 points called degrees where the freezing point of water was 0 degrees and the boiling point of water was 100 degrees. With Fahrenheit the freezing point is 32 degrees and the boiling point is 212 degrees. Working mathematically, a degree Fahrenheit is equivalent to 5/9 degrees Celsius. There is also another temperature scale called the Kelvin scale. It starts with 0 degrees at absolute zero. Absolute zero means there is no heat at all to measure. zero degrees Kelvin is equivalent to −273.15 degree Celsius or −459.67 degree Fahrenheit. The name Kelvin has nothing to do with the Kelvin timeline associated with a well known reboot of a science fiction space travel movie.
