Front main seal or timing cover leak.
change the fuel filter
sounds like the flywheel could be lose. does it do it all the time while driving or just shifting
Wow depends on the turbo setup and how they are tuned, Typicaly twins are for a 600+ hp truck, I know of a couple at about 1200 hp but some lose power, and most of then lose driveability.
Radiator cap could be lose or wrong size
A dodge pickup 1500 would stall out while driving because of a defective air filter.
If you have run this vehicle within the proper design parameters, you may simply need a diesel fuel system cleaner. If you have run red diesel, you will definitely need fuel system cleaner. If you have turned up the engine, it could be injector pump wear. If this engine has high miles, it probably needs a valve adjustment. My bet lies with the fuel system. Try "Power Service" Diesel fuel supplement.
Replace the front upper and lower ball joints.
go have your alternator tested. when they start to go out the alternator will create alot of drag on the engine but then work fine and the engine wont have the drag but the alternator wont put out the correct amount of amperage and the votage will drop increasingly
The most common reason is a faulty flasher unit.
Vapor lock!
You will get fined 400,000 dollars. I would get a new one.
