Not really. A dog submissive to his owner normally does not bite his owner. An abused dog, a dog that sees himself as pack leader instead of follower, or a dog that has been pushed to the point that he attacks will bite.
Of course! There are millions of dog bite/ attacks each year in the United States.
Try and get them to bite a rolled up newspaper or your arm, anything really so that they don't bite your neck.
It isn't likely a cat would die directly from a bite to the tail. However, a bite would leave the cat in great pain so it is advisable to take the cat to the vet immediately. While the tail isn't a vital organ, they are delicate appendages and due to the many bones within the tail, it is easy for a tail bones to break. Sadly, a broken tail cannot be mended, and in some cases, if the injury is particularly bad or the injury is at the base of the tail (greater chance of nerve damage), the tail has to be amputated.
It would be a terrible idea to bite a guard dog. They bite back, and their teeth are bigger than yours.
There are a couple of reasons. But this would best be answered by a liscened animal doctor. But here's my best guesses: 1. Its got worms. Causing uncomfortable feeling and itching. 2. It is stressed. 3. Maybe pregnant if female.
If a dog attacks a person, the dog's owner may be required to cover the victim's current and future medical costs as well as their agony and suffering.
the dog would throw up!!
They can - passing the worms can be irritating, which most dogs would respond to by trying to scratch or bite their tails. More likely, your dog may have another type of parasite such as fleas (which tend to accumulate around the tail head) or lice. If the irritation persists, or your dog's tail starts bleeding or scabbing over, I would suggest taking him to the vet for an examination.
when it feels like its going to get hurt. a dog only attacks someone when they can sense their fear. because dogs can smell fear. A dog can bite when it is scared, when it is threatened, when it is playing or happy. Some times dogs bite to show how they feel. Biting is a way that dogs can communicate with each other in the DOG WORLD.
