cuz he prob is busy or he prob dont like you...but i would go with the busy part...

He just didnt want to be a man and let you know of why he wouldnt be calling. He sounds like a mouse leading you around for the cheese. If he does this often then dump him. If this was after a first date then maybe he didnt feel a spark. Either way you deserve honesty....

he probably just doesn't have time to talk to you or want you to bother him...he is probably with his friend or doesn't have a phone.
