Answer

If the mouse only works upside down, there might be loose wires connecting the mouse to the cord. Holding it at an odd angle squeezes the loose connection tight enough to continue working.

Answer

You are asking a medical question, specifically a neurological one, and you are receiving mechanical explanations. Your problem results from a brain wiring 'quirk'. I suspect you can draw upside down and write backwards also as DaVinci could. There isn't much you can do about having to use any mouse upside down, however.

Answer

1: dirty mouse 2: setup left handed, up/down orientation reversed 3: it's a trackball

Answer

If there is no pain or physical impairment to the individual, an evaluation might be unneccessary. If a person finds these type of "quirks" upsetting. They might want to seek advice to set their mind at ease.
