Well If that person has gone to a Pokemon Event. Then they have a Wonder Card and News. If you don't you can say wonder gift then Wonder news it says you don't have any. then you say Friend and Simply obtain it. So yes it is Possible to get Auora Ticket from a person who has already gotten. I think...
