It has to do with emitions. Your sensor is either bad or one or you plugs are bad. Change your plugs first then disconnect your negative cable from your battery for at least 20 seconds to reset your trouble lights. If that does not clear up the problem change your catilitic converter sensors and clear your trouble lights again.

try replace the vehicle speed sensor in the transmission, that should take care of the problem.
