Low coolant or stuck coolant level sensor. If you have coolant in that white plastic bottle,remove the 10mm screw that holds it tight and shake it up,trying to unstick it. If you want to replace it..remove the bottle from the car,turn it upside down and pull it out with needle nose pliers. They can be bought at autozone.
